Enhanced Programme - £2200 or £375/month
A more intensive experience for leaders and organisations wanting deeper reflection, stronger accountability and faster behaviour change in practice.
Includes everything in Core plus:

Pre- and post-programme 360 feedback session to build self-awareness and target development

3 x 1:1 coaching sessions to support individual challenges and embed behaviour change
