Our six-month development journey to support sustained behaviour change. Peer learning within a small internal cohort to build shared understanding and support.

Enhanced Programme - £2200 or £375/month

A more intensive experience for leaders and organisations wanting deeper reflection, stronger accountability and faster behaviour change in practice.

Includes everything in Core plus:
